Under the least they can do is promptly reply to a customer who's having an issue with a product! They're not inexpensive – I expected far better from them. They just defend themselves and blame the customer! That is no way to run a business. Also, in every single one of the reviews where people had a problem, the company never once apologized. I was excited about the product but there is a serious problem with customer service. I'm not going to return the brackets given the other reviews where people say they don't ever get their money back, because I have to also pay return shipping! I would not recommend buying from them. I wrote to the company, I also placed a review, and I have heard nothing back from them. I don't have weird molding, so I'm not sure what's up with their design but they don't work. I placed an order and two of the brackets, Center brackets, do not work on my molding. As of August, 2022, lifetimes sales are over $8 million and the company is doing about $1 million a year in revenue.I'm very suspicious of this company.
